Damian McGinty, Jr. (born September 9, 1992) is a singer from Derry, Northern Ireland, and is currently the youngest member of the group Celtic Thunder. He has been performing for over a decade now and won his first music competition by the time he turned six. After winning a singing competition in 2006, Damian's public profile was significantly boosted and he made appearances at various concerts including the Millennium Forum for Derry City football team. On August 21, 2011, he was announced as one of the winners of The Glee Project, which guarantees him a 7-episode story arc on the tv series Glee. He was also seen in a couple seconds of Glee: The Concert Movie.
